Certain european papers, reproducing information given by the Spanish press that were directly obtained from the BPS (Social Political Brigade) have recently published information which refers to the alleged arrest of members of our leadership to the confiscation of printingmaterial for “Combate” (our Central organ).

This information is completely false: It has nothing to do with reality.

Tnis distortion of information tits into a campaign of prosectuion and discredit aimed at Our organisation and this campaign has been intensified since the fusion between LCR and ETAVI During this campaign attempts were made to attribute to the LCR-ETA VI actions it has nothing to do with, and to link our organisation to others that we are separated from by all kinds of deep differences; though we unconditionally defend these organisations (like ETA V, MIL, FRAP, etc.) against Francoist repression.

The most scandalous fact is the attempt made by the political police itself to attribute to us the preparation of a plan aimed at releasing ten political prisoners from the Sefovia jailhouse.

We Salute, Support and approve all iniativies taken to save militants from Franco’s police. It is certain however that no concrete plan ever existed in relation to the Sefovia prison.

But this campaign is not without any purpose. It undoubtedly prepares an intensification of the repression, against out organisation and also against other political groups.

In order to fight that campaign, intensified efforts are needed — in the Spanish state and all " over the world, against the Fancoist dictatorship.

All united against repression! historic
